Problem
On attempt to login to
- https://my.servicepower.com/
- ServiceDispatch - https://fss.servicepower.com
- ServiceClaims US - https://claimworks.servicepower.com
- ServiceClaims UK - https://fsse.servicepower.com
- ServiceClaims Europe - https://claims-eu.servicepower.com
User receives error 'Account is Disabled' or 'Password has expired'
Solution
Please click on the 'Forgot Password' link:
ServiceDispatch / ServiceClaims
- Enter your Servicepower username
- Click Reset password
This will then send a secure, one time link note containing your account password to the e-mail address registered to the user account.
IMPORTANT
If you do not receive an e-mail within 30 minutes, please check your e-mail provider spam folder.
If you still do not see any e-mail after checking your spam folder, please navigate to Support | ServicePower and submit a ticket.
- Servicers should follow the instructions titled 'Servicer and Installer Support'
- Clients and Manufacturers should follow the instructions titled 'Software Support'
