System Category: 19

This system category contains activity codes that identify reasons why a work order was rescheduled by a technician. The ability to allow a technician to reschedule work orders is optional. The reschedule reason codes are optional.

Rules

This is an optional system category. If not required, then it is permitted to delete all codes / not define any codes.

The following activity codes are fully user configurable.

That is:

  • Activity codes from the defaults shown below can be deleted; and
  • New activity codes can be added.

Codes

There are no default Work Order Reschedule Reason codes defined in the system.
