The following environment variables need to be in place, and correctly set for the paths etc where ServiceScheduling has been installed.

SPHOMEAllThe SPHOME environment variable is the directory where ServiceOptimizer is installed.
PATHOperating systemThe PATH environment variable is used by the operating system to search for ServiceOptimizer and Oracle binaries. The directories $SPHOME\bin and $ORACLE_HOME\bin must be present in PATH.
LOCALAll programs which access the ServiceScheduling database: Oracle database onlyThe LOCAL environment variable is the name of the service (or section) in the tnsnames.ora file to be used by ServiceScheduling client programs.
