It is assumed that the installer has a working knowledge of:
- Windows 64 bit operating systems (Server 2008 R2 or Windows 7)
- Oracle 11 release 2 64 bit
- Or MSSQL Server 2008 R2
- Tomcat Web Services
- ServiceScheduling product set
It is assumed that the installer of SWAT has an understanding of ServiceScheduling terms.
It is assumed that the installer has appropriate permissions to run an installer and that the required database and operating system are already installed.
