About this Release
This release represents a major improvement to the ESB and major and mostly minor improvements to the mobile application.

Mobile Application Release Notes
NEW The Line Items screen is now available within the large form factor version of ServiceMobility. This allows the user do the following:
- View line items
- Returns
- Ordered parts
- Add line items
- Remove line items
- Modify actionable items on the work order
- Service contracts
- Select discounts
- Repeat call flag
- Collect Deposit flag
The following functionality within the line items screen will be delivered in a future release:
- Ability to add returned items (ability to view returned line items is present, however).
- Ability to update multiple line items on the work order concurrently through the bulk update functionality.
- Real-time parts availability API call to retrieve the availability of ordered parts associated with the work order.
NEW The assets functionality is now available within the large form factor version of ServiceMobility. This allows the user to do the following:
- View asset details, including Flex Views associated with the asset
- View and fill out service codes associated with the asset
- View and fill out forms associated with the asset
- View asset diagrams, including adding line items to the work order utilizing the diagrams.
NEW ServiceMobility now allows the user to retrieve site history in real-time within the large form factor version.
This functionality requires the user have network connectivity, and the web-hook API must be implemented by the client.
NEW ServiceMobility now allows the user to retrieve asset history within the large form factor version. Asset history can be sent down with the work order, or it can be retrieved in real-time from the back office.
NEW Notes functionality allows the user to collect remarks (which are notes that will be visible to the customer), or tech notes (which will not be visible to the customer) within the large form factor version of ServiceMobility.
NEW The large form factor version of ServiceMobility now allows a user to add a discount to a work order that is in warranty.
NEW The customer remarks and tech notes are now available within the large form factor version of ServiceMobility.
FIX Fixed an issue where UI templates for the large form factor weren't working properly within the wrapped application.
ESB Release Notes
NEW ServiceMobility now supports the export of stock level recommendation transactions via the Stock Level Recommendation Export API.
This mobile functionality will be delivered in a future release.
CHANGED The WorkOrder REST API has been modified to allow an array of helper techs.
CHANGED The Work Order Estimate History API has been modified to return the standard JSON response body.
NEW Add "SID" (publicly exposed ID for Tenant) for each Mobile Transaction and JWT token payload. Broker will be able to use SID to identify Tenant in Broker.
