System Category Code

17.OPS

This system category contains activity codes representing closed complete reason codes for work orders that originated from the ServiceOperations system. Closed complete reason codes are optional and typically not used in most cases. 

ServiceMobility Application Notes

When a technician, using ServiceMobility, closes a work order and marks it as closed complete, the closed complete reasons selection list will only be displayed (and selection required) if there is at least one closed complete reason code defined.

  • This system category does not support sub categories
  • New activity codes can be added
