sp065_local_knowledge

Each record in this table defines an employee's local knowledge of a particular region. This table is used when determining the suitability of an operative to do a particular job. The local knowledge factor will be a value between 0 and 10, where 10 means complete local knowledge and 0 means no local knowledge i.e. 'don't go there' (hard constraint).

start_dateDate on which the employee acquires this level of knowledge. Uses employee's Time Zone. 
end_dateDate on which the employee ceases to have this level of knowledge. Uses employee's Time Zone. 
is_derivedFor crews, a flag indicating whether or not the local knowledge has been derived from the crewmembers' local knowledge, or whether it is independent of the crewmembers' knowledge. A value of 1 indicates that the local knowledge was derived from the crewmembers' knowledge, 0 that it was not.
