The Shipping Provider object is part of the overall ServiceBroker Configuration object, in the following location:

A Shipping Provider object is used within the context of a REST Objects Providers (itself part of an REST Objects Configuration) to represent the details of how ServiceBroker is to be integrated with a shipping provider for the relevant tenant.

Dispatch Provider Object Properties

`Provider`			`object`	Yes	The shipping provider to use. Currently, only `EasyPost` is supported.
`Carriers`			`array`	Yes	An array, defining the carrier or carriers that are able to be used through EasyPost.
	`object`		`object`	Yes	One or more objects, defining the carrier or carriers that are able to be used through EasyPost.
		`Name`	`string`	Yes	The name of the carrier that is permitted to be used. For example, `FedEx`, `UPS`, `USPS`, etc. Must be a supported EasyPost carrier.
		`AccountId`	`string`	Yes	The EasyPost customer shipping vendor account for the carrier, as configured in the EasyPost website.
