This page provides an overview of the environments that have been used to build and test ServiceScheduling.

Server Component

The ServiceScheduling web applications are supported on both Windows 2012 R2 and Windows 2012.

Noe: The ServicePlanner component has known issues with IE. The use of ServicePlanner with IE is not advised for this release.


Notes:

ServiceAnalytics has been developed and tested using Crystal Reports XII (2008) Release 2, Developer Edition. 

ServicePlanner has been developed and tested using MapInfo MapXtreme version 4.8.0.

ServiceScheduling is not supported on versions of MS SQL Server prior to 2012.

SOAP Interfaces

The SOAP interfaces have been generated using SOAP 2.8.97.
