Windows MSI Installer

If ServicePlanner is being permanently uninstalled, i.e. will no longer be licensed, then all geographic data will need to be uninstalled. The geographic data in this case should be uninstalled first. This is achieved by simply running the uninstaller for each geography dataset. Simply click next on each page.
ServicePlanner is uninstalled using its MSI uninstaller. Simply click next on each page. In order for the removal to be properly detected by ServiceManager the application will need to be redeployed and restarted twice, see section 5.3 of [6].

ZIP Release Bundle

Uninstalling using the release bundle requires the following steps:

  1. If the geographic data is held under ServicePlanner's installation directory, and if the data is still licensed (i.e. ServicePlanner is to be re-installed), copy the geographic data to a location outside the installation directory. From there it can be copied back once a new ServicePlanner installation directory is created.
  2. Remove the ServicePlanner installation directory from under ServiceManager's modules directory.

In order for the removal to be properly detected by ServiceManager the application will need to be redeployed and restarted twice, see section 5.3 of [6].
