Job Create Push Notifications

ServiceOptimizer can now send push notifications to an external API on the creation of new jobs in the system.

Job Confirm Push Notifications

ServiceOptimizer can now send push notifications to an external API on the confirmation of jobs in the system.

Job Reminder Push Notifications

ServiceOptimizer can now send push notifications to an external API at a specified number of minutes before a job is scheduled to start.

ServicePlanner

ServicePlanner with HERE Technologies Mapping

Mapping functionality previously provided by Pitney Bowes has been replaced by our new provider, HERE Technologies which will keep it in line with the rest of the platform and the new integrated maps in SMART Scheduling.

This release introduces HERE in the ServicePlanner mapping; which will provide the following benefits to our customer base:

    • A greatly-improved user experience through a modern, web-based mapping application.
    • Global map provision under an improved licensing agreement.
    • Performance improvement of loading and interacting with maps.
    • New features, such as real time traffic-enabled travel times and traffic incidents on maps.
    • Scalable production of travel matrices.
    • Geo-coding job locations from the address, where a lat/long does not exist.

Support for SSL

ServiceDispatch has been updated to support the use of SSL when dispatching to a SOAP service prefixed with https://.
