ServiceScheduling 9.4.0.0 has made non-backwards compatible changes to the SOAP API interfaces. Users upgrading from a version prior to this release are required to consume the new WSDL and re-compile (if required) for their integration. It is highly recommended that all integrations with the SOAP API interfaces are then re-tested. Details of changes to the SOAP API interfaces can be found in the ServiceOptimizer Integration Guide. |

The way break overrides are stored at v9.4 is different to previous versions. During the v9.4 upgrade, existing break overrides within the system memory horizon will be converted and stored in the new format. Any break overrides existing BEFORE the system memory horizon will NOT be converted. This may impact historical reporting for dates PRIOR to the system memory horizon and also the SERVICEManager Employee Availability pages when looking at availability PRIOR to the system memory horizon. In both cases, any expected break overrides will not be found. |
