Gantt Performance can be affected if there are too many gantts trying to connect through a single GanttRouter. In this case it is advised that Admin ServiceOptimizer System Configuration Multiple GanttRouters are configured.
The Jeopardy and Same Site reports may be colour coded in order to better highlight certain business rules. These colours are configured in Database sp314_gantt_colours, and a default set is delivered with the product. If this set needs to be changed this will have to be done via SQL in conjunction with the business. By default, the Jeopardy Report Colouring is disabled. To enable it, the system parameter gantt_jeop_amber_days must appear in the database (Database sp083_system_parameters) and have a value other than NULL or zero.
