Modification of underlying shift where shift override exists

It The modification of an operative's shift was previously only permitted when the operative had no shift overrides in place. This made the process of updating an operative's shift complex, as overrides had to first be removed before updating the shift, and then added back again after the update was made.

With the release of ServiceScheduling 9.4.0.0, it is now possible to update a shift where a shift override is in place an operative's shift, even where shift overrides are in place - regardless of how the override has overrides have been defined.
