Optional ability to return employee name details

With the release of ServiceScheduling 9.4.0.1, it is now possible to provide a new, optional parameter to the Integration ServiceOptimizer Get Job SOAP API, which, when supplied with value true, will return the details of the job's allocated employee name, surname.

(info) Please note that the above functionality, introduced in ServiceScheduling 9.4.0.1:

  • Only became available in ServiceScheduling 10 with the release of ServiceScheduling 10.0.2; and
  • Only became available in ServiceScheduling 11 with the release of ServiceScheduling 11.0.1.
