(info) Due to compatibility issues with Firefox, Tomcat 8.5 and Java Applets, certain areas of ServiceManager functionality that are provided by Java Applets (maintenance of areas, regions, region travel times and region-based LK) are not currently supported when using Firefox. Please use IE 11 to access these areas of ServiceManager functionality. The replacement of Java Applets with native HTML/Javascript to restore these areas of functionality under Firefox is planned for a future release of ServiceScheduling 10available in ServiceScheduling 11 and later.
