  Media

The large form factor version of ServiceMobility now provides the ability add media files to the work order.  The user may add the following media types: .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .avi, .mov, .mp4, .3gp, .wmv.  These media file types may be added  to the work order via the Work Order Photos API and the Work Order Videos API.  Upon being added to the work order, all photos (file names) associated with the work order will be saved to the Photos collection, and all videos (file names) will be associated with the Videos collection.  These may then retrieved via the same APIs (Work Order Photos API and Work Order Videos API).

  In Jeopardy Warning

The large form factor version of ServiceMobility provides the technician to see when a work order is in a jeopardy state within ServiceScheduling.  This may be manually modified by setting the InJeopardy property in the work order JSON to true.
