The soap section section of the theProperties File contains specifies values which enable SWAT ServiceSWAT to access the ServiceOptimizer SOAP Servicesservices.

| SOAP URL for production system. Note: If If you are not allowing users to update production directly (through soap SOAP call) then this should be left empty. |

| Production ServiceScheduling user name used to ‘log on’ when making API call. Leave blank if direct production update is not allowed. |
