New Allow Rebook Job Options Added

Updated the Integration ServiceOptimizer Request Appointments SOAP API and Integration ServiceOptimizer Request Multi-Job Appointments SOAP API endpoints with new allowRebookJobID option, which allows searching for appointment windows to return the window of an existing job, for use in re-booking of the job in its original window.

New Spanish Translation

With the release of ServiceScheduling 13.2.0, ServiceManager now supports Spanish as a language option for the UI.
