FRU Region Level Mapping Configuration
With the release of ServiceScheduling 12.1, ServicePlanner can be configured to display either FRU region levels 1, 2, or 3 when displaying maps.
By default, FRU region levels 3 will be displayed.
To change this, update the sp083_system_parameters.planner_region_level database value, and set the desired integer value of either 1, 2, or 3.

Not all ServiceScheduling users will have level 1 or 2 FRU regions in use, and enabling these levels may not be desirable. ServicePower recommends customers discuss their FRU level requirements with the Professional Services team before using anything other than the default setting. |
